Google has released a new job-hunting tool for the company’s logistics team.
The company said that it would be able to connect people to a Google map job by using its “maps team” to get an idea of who they are and what they might be good at.
Google said that the maps team will be able use a Google Maps API to connect with people who are looking for work.
“Google Maps has the potential to make the job market even more interesting, and it’s important to us to make sure that we’re giving our teams the tools to find the right people for the right jobs,” Google Maps VP of Operations Paul Meehan said in a statement.
“The Google Maps team will help us with this.”
It’s unclear how the new tool will work.
Google Maps was introduced in 2014 and is still one of the most popular map apps on the platform, although it is slowly losing its relevance as the company expands into more consumer applications.
The company also announced last year that it is going to buy a group of companies called the MapQuest Group for $1.1 billion.
